The Results of the Board Passers in the Written Phase of
Examinations in Chief Marine Engineer Officer, Second Marine Engineer Officer
and Officer-In-Charge (OIC) of an Engineering Watch have all been released.
According to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
the total number of Board Exam takers this January 2012 Marine Engineer
Officers Licensure Examinations were 1,376 and that 849 passed.
The Board Exams were given in the cities of Manila and
Iloilo by the Board of Marine Engineer Officers last January 21 and 22, 2012.

Regional Offices - January 31, 2012 until February 10,
2012
Central Office – January 31, 2012 until February 17, 2012
The venue and date for the new Chief Marine Engineer
Officer, Second Marine Engineer Officer and Officer-In-Charge (OIC) of an
Engineering Watch Oathtaking Ceremony will be announced later.
The Performance of Schools in the January 2012 Marine
Engineer Officers Board Exam are in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981
otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) “To monitor the
performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results
thereof in a newspaper of national circulation” is as follows: (Any discrepancy
in the report is not intentional on the part of the Commission, but rather due
to miscoding of school codes by the examinees themselves. Concerned schools may write the Commission
for correction.)
